Services · U.S.–Italy Cross-Border Advisory

Six disciplines. One connected mandate.

Strategic assessment and coordinated implementation for private clients, founders, families and businesses navigating connected tax and ownership decisions between Italy and the United States.

Practice architecture

Personal and business decisions are reviewed together when the facts require it.

A relocation may change company residence. A property purchase may affect succession. A family transfer may create reporting. ITA defines the relevant disciplines, sequence and professional authority before implementation begins.

Frequently asked questions

Choosing the correct entry point.

Which practice should I contact first?
Choose the issue that triggered the need. ITA will determine during the matter review whether additional personal, business, estate, property, reporting or controversy workstreams must be connected.
Does ITA provide both strategy and implementation?
ITA provides strategic assessment and coordinates approved implementation. Jurisdiction-specific regulated work is performed by the appropriately qualified professional engaged for that scope.
Are services limited to the United States and Italy?
The core corridor is the United States and Italy. Selected additional jurisdictions may be coordinated only where the facts, professional network, authority and accepted scope support the mandate.
Can I engage ITA only for tax-return preparation?
Engagements are assessed individually. The practice is structured around connected cross-border matters; routine standalone preparation may not fit the firm’s scope.
Does submitting a matter create an engagement?
No. An engagement begins only after conflict and fit review, written scope, professional allocation and acceptance of the applicable engagement terms.
