The Dreamer Who Made
the World Her Office
Born in Rome in 1983, Laura grew up with an unusually clear vision: she wanted to live and work in the world — not just in Italy. While other teenagers dreamed of local careers, she was already planning her escape to wider horizons. That drive never left her.
After completing her Diploma di Ragioneria — a foundation in accounting and business that would prove indispensable — she made her first bold move: relocating to Nancy, France to pursue a university degree abroad. It was a defining moment. Immersed in a foreign language, culture, and academic environment, she discovered her ability to adapt, connect, and thrive across boundaries.
She earned a Master in Economics and Management (specializing in the beverage and hospitality sector) and later a Master in Civil and Commercial Mediation — two disciplines that would become the core DNA of her advisory approach: strategic thinking combined with the art of resolving complex cross-border disputes.

After internships and early experience in small Italian tax firms focused on domestic compliance, Laura launched her freelance consulting practice. Initially focused on supporting businesses in the beverage and hospitality sector looking to expand internationally, her unique combination of accounting knowledge, management expertise, and cross-cultural fluency quickly attracted clients seeking a different kind of advisor — one who understood both numbers and narratives.
Milan: The Turning Point
Relocating to Milan marked a transformation. Collaborating with leading international tax consulting firms, Laura immersed herself in the complex world of cross-border fiscal structuring. But here she encountered the defining moment of her career: she realized that being a woman was seen as a limitation. The decision-making tables were filled with men. Her ideas were powerful, her strategies meticulous — but she wasn’t being heard.
