The Firm · U.S.–Italy Cross-Border Advisory

Cross-border judgment for lives, businesses and wealth in motion.

A founder-led advisory practice for private clients, internationally mobile families, founders and businesses navigating connected decisions across the United States, Italy and selected international jurisdictions.

Mission & Positioning

A founder-led advisory practice built around complex cross-border decisions.

ITA helps people and organizations make complex international decisions through coordinated tax and corporate strategies.

Residence, ownership, business activity, investments, succession and reporting rarely operate in isolation. ITA reviews how these dimensions interact, defines the appropriate scope and coordinates implementation when a matter requires more than one professional function or jurisdiction.

Professional Network

Coordinated expertise, defined responsibility.

When a matter requires jurisdiction-specific legal, tax, accounting or other regulated services, ITA coordinates appropriately qualified professionals according to jurisdiction, scope, conflicts, authority and professional responsibility.

Each specialist remains responsible for the regulated work entrusted to them. Coordination does not replace the professional independence, engagement terms or licensing requirements applicable to that work.

Professional Standards

Designed for high-trust advisory work.

ITA’s operating principles emphasize appropriate scope, reliable technical foundations, confidentiality and transparent professional responsibility.

Confidentiality

Information is limited to what is necessary for review and delivery.

Evidence

Material conclusions require current and applicable technical authority.

Defined Scope

Assessment, implementation and ongoing services remain separate engagement stages.

Accountability

Strategic oversight and specialist responsibility are expressly distinguished.
